You will love this custom two story condominium which is situated just off the 15^th green of the bridger creek golf course. Located in a quit neighborhood with expansive views and an abundance of wildlife, it is one of the most desired locations in all of Bozeman. It offers the best of both worlds with its country feel, and its proximity to Bozemans amenities. This 2400 square foot home is very open and spacious in its design and is excellent for entertaining and socializing, or just relaxing from a long days travel.

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen which boasts granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and oak cabinets. It is great for entertaining, with two sinks, wine refrigerator, wet bar, and ice maker in the fridge. Next to the kitchen is the “Bridger Tea Room”, a fantastic  room to relax or entertain in. It has bay windows for viewing the greens, and passing wildlife. The back door opens on to spacious deck where you can sit and relax in the quiet mornings and soak up the views overlooking the Bridger mountains. Adjoining the “Tea Room” is the great room with its 18 foot ceilings, windows, and custom oak fireplace. It is the perfect place to cuddle by the fire and peruse the latest novel or magazine, or enjoy your favorite sporting event on the 65 inch flat screen T.V. Also on the first floor is a half bath and the formal dining room which can seat eight people comfortably.

The second floor is also open and spacious with three bedrooms and two baths. The large master suite has bay windows overlooking the golf course. It has its own private tiled bathroom, HD flat screen TV, and balcony overlooking the lower living area.

All three bedrooms have queen size beds which will accommodate six people comfortably. In addition, the master suite has a queen size futon sleeper to comfortably sleep two additional kids; allowing a family to be self-contained in one bedroom if they wish. For larger groups of 9 – 16, a second identical condo which is right next door, can be

 utilized. Each condo can be rented together or separately.

 Golfing, Fishing, Nordic skiing, and enumerable wildlife viewing opportunities are all out the backdoor, yet just minutes away are the cultural opportunities, and excellent restaurants of historic downtown Bozeman. This is the perfect destination to make a memorable vacation and to experience some of the best that Bozeman has to offer.
